Refund policy

At Lisa’s Uniforms, we aim for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied, we will gladly take back the item in its original condition, within 30 days from invoice date. Promotional and holiday items will accepted within 14 days in its original condition.


Only merchandise brought through Lisa’s Uniforms may be returned or exchanged to the address listed below.

We highly recommend that you insure your shipment and retain copy of the tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items we do not receive.

Returns

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returned merchandise. Prior to returning or exchanging item(s), you must email mailto:lisasuniforms@yahoo.com. An issued RMA number is valid up to 14 days only. If you decide to keep your product once the RMA has been issued, please notify us to cancel the RMA.

Returns of any worn, altered, washed items are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged products. Items must be returned with tags attached and in the same condition as received.

Final sale merchandise or products specified non-returnable will be not accepted.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

Exchanges

Same item exchanges are FREE! Be aware that SAME ITEM Exchanges apply to different size and/or color in the same item only. If you would like a different item, please complete a return.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs for returns and exchanges, unless the merchandise was found to be defective or shipped in error.

Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an email notification of your refund or new order (if it’s an exchange).

Backordered Items

We will notify you via email of any back order items among your purchase. Backorders will automatically be shipped to you as soon as we receive them.

Refund

Any items damaged or not in a resalable condition will not be qualified for a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund from the time you ship back your return or exchange back to us. Please be aware some banks can take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon they are placed. It is not possible for us to make changes once your order has been placed.

Multiple Shipments

It is possible to receive some items shipped separately, directly from the manufacturer. Your items may arrive in separate packages.
