Shipping Policy
Lisa’s Uniforms accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. FREE standard U.S. shipping for all orders. No minimum purchase required!
In-stock orders placed prior to 2PM EST will be processed and shipped within same business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock orders are shipped from our location in Massachusetts via USPS. Some orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers. As a result, you may receive different packages.
Lisa’s Uniforms ships to all 50 U.S. states only. We do not offer Canadian and International shipping.
Standard shipping is about 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. As of now we do not offer expedited shipping options, such as Priority and Express shipping.
Orders that have different addresses for billing and shipping address may be subject to review, in which the customer will be contacted. This may delay shipping time.
Lost or Stolen Packages – If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost to us within 10 days of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an investigation with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to recover it. If it is determined to be a complete loss, we will reship your order at you at no charge if stock is available.
However, we are not responsible for packages delivered to wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
