Return Policy

At Lisa’s Uniforms, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item in its original condition within 30 days from your purchased date/shipped.

Promotional and holiday items will be accepted within 14 days from your purchase date/ shipped date in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to receive your refund from the time you ship back your return or exchange. Please be aware some banks can take up to an additional 5 days to refund your account. Any items damaged or not in a resalable condition due to misuse, abuse, alteration, or excessive wear will not be qualified for a refund/credit.

Return Conditions

  • Item returns must be in its original state with price tickets attached. Items must not show any signs of wear, alterations, washed, or it will not be accepted.
  • Shoe returns must new and unworn and must include original shoe box. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.
  • Final Sale: Selective accessories which includes masks, scrub hats, and headbands. All markdowns found in the Deals section are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable, and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

How to Return

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returned merchandise. Prior to returning or exchanging items, you must email customerservice@lisasuniforms.com or use our Contact Us form.
Unauthorized returned merchandise will not be credited or returned.
An issued RMA number is valid up to 8 days only. If you decide to keep your product once the RMA has been issued, please notify us to cancel the RMA. If you do not notify us to within 8 days, the RMA will be automatically cancelled. Therefore, you would need to repeat the request again.

 

Mail the product back to our Returns Department. Please include the original order invoice. Pack and seal your return package securely.

We highly recommend that you insure your shipment and retain your copy of the tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items we do not receive.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs for returns/exchanges unless the merchandise was found to be defective or shipped in error.
